Support for furniture panels
MDF
Medium-density fiberboard is an engineered wood product formed from wood fibers with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. Density is 780 kg/m3 ± 5%. MDF has low formaldehyde emission (1E class). According to ASTM E 1333-96, formaldehyde emission is less than 0,11 ppm. Upon request, MDF board can be supplied with FSC® or FSC® Controlled Wood certificate.
MDF - SUPERPAN
Superpan is a an engineered wood product composed of two external faces of wood fiber and a core of chipboard. This panel has a good hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. Density is 630 kg/m3 ± 5%. Superpan has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class) according to the analysis on the basis of the EN 120 standard established in the European Standard EN 312:2003. Superpan board is CARB and FSC® certificated.
MDF light
Medium-density fiberboard LIGHT is an engineered wood product formed from wood fibers with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. Density is 660 kg/m3 ± 5%. MDF LIGHT has low formaldehyde emission (1E class). Upon request, MDF board can be supplied with FSC® or FSC® Controlled Wood certificate.
MDF ultralight
Medium-density fiberboard ULTRALIGHT is an engineered wood product formed from wood fibers with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. Density is 540 kg/m3 ± 5%. MDF ULTRALIGHT has low formaldehyde emission (1E class). Upon request, MDF board can be supplied with FSC® or FSC® Controlled Wood certificate.
MDF CARB
Medium-density fiberboard CARB is an engineered wood product formed from wood fibers with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. Density is 780 kg/m3 ± 5%. MDF CARB has low formaldehyde emission (1E class). Moreover, MDF CARB meets the requirements set by the California Air Resource Board (CARB - phase 2). According to ASTM E 1333-96, formaldehyde emission is less than 0,11 ppm, which corresponds to CARB, phase 2 as set by the ACTM. Upon request, MDF board can be supplied with FSC® or FSC® Controlled Wood certificate.
MDF FSC®
The medium-density fiberboard FSC® certified is an engineered wood product formed from wood fibers with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. Density is 780 kg/m3 ± 5%. This panel is a wood-based product certified by the Program for the Forest Stewardship Council® FSC® This MDF FSC® uses timber from verified well managed forests, which ensures a renewable and sustainable resource.
Water-proof MDF
Medium-density fiberboard WATER-PROOF is an engineered wood product formed from wood fibers with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. Density is 780 kg/m3 ± 5%. The board is subject to minimal expansion and swelling in conditions of high humidity. WATER-PROOF MDF has low formaldehyde emission (1E class). According to ASTM E 1333-96, formaldehyde emission is less than 0,11 ppm. Upon request, MDF board can be supplied with FSC® or FSC® Controlled Wood certificate. WATER-PROOF MDF has green colour in the mass.
Fire-proof MDF
Medium-density fiberboard FIRE-PROOF is an engineered wood product formed from wood fibers with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. Density is 780 kg/m3 ± 5%. FIRE-PROOF MDF ishas low formaldehyde emission (1E class). Upon request, MDF board can be supplied with FSC® or FSC® Controlled Wood certificate.
FIRE-PROOF MDF is hardly flammable (European fire reaction classification B), has a significantly delayed combustion and does not contribute to flame spread. For thickness from 6 to 11,9 mm, MDF is B-s2-d0 certified (EN 13501-1). For thickness from 12 to 30 mm, MDF is B-s1-d0 certified (EN 13501-1). MDF is labelled with Ü-sign according DIN 4102 class B1.
FIRE-PROOF MDF has red colour in the mass.
Foam sheet
Foam sheet is an high-quality lightweight rigid foam sheet made in Switzerland. This product fulfill the requirements of all RoHS / WEEE- directives and the EU chemical ordinance (REACH). Fire and water resistant.
PB or CB
Particleboard or Chipboard is an engineered wood-based product manufactured from wood chip particles and a synthetic binding resin. Density is 650 kg/m3 ± 5%. Particleboard form is done in a press using heat and pressure. PB has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class). According to ASTM E 1333-96, formaldehyde emission is less than 0,1 ppm. Upon request, PB board can be supplied with FSC® or FSC® Controlled Wood certificate.
OSB
Strong, stable and more sustainable, Oriented Strand Board is replacing plywood especially fortimber framed houses and in the packaging industry. Density is 650 kg/m3 ± 5%. OSB is used instead of standard silica or plaster-based construction materials. For producing OSB, timber is sliced into long chips called strands. These are laid in three or four perpendicular layers and bonded using ECO resin. The result is a strong board that resists moisture, giving it a high load capacity. OSB board is used for many applications.
